I love pistachio nuts. When I was struggling with my mental health, I would get a bag of pistachio nuts and just cracked and ate. It helped me unwind my mind, relax and refocus. I said mantra's to give me a boost. I ended up with lots of shells and decided I would share them as everyone of them is a little piece of love and each one is different just for you.
